Nancy BhagatNancy Bhagat is Vice President of the Sales and Marketing Group, and serves as Director of Marketing Strategy and Campaigns for Intel Corporation. She leads a team of strategic marketers that act as the advocate of Intel's end customers and is responsible for creating strategies, and messages that will be relevant and impactful. This includes strategic go-to-marketing plans, communications strategy, media strategy and messaging. Bhagat was initially hired at Intel to create and manage the Integrated Marketing Group, where she pioneered a new open source agency model and drove several digital innovations. She was responsible for all advertising, digital marketing, global media, corporate events, marketing communications, brand identify and design, agency management worldwide. Bhagat's career spans the breadth of marketing disciplines with emphasis on brand and product strategy, and digital and integrated marketing. She has extensive global experience. Prior to joining Intel in September 2005, Bhagat held several lead roles within the software industry. She was most recently at Macromedia, where she was the Chief Marketing Officer. Bhagat was the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Computer Associates International where she played a critical role in driving the rebranding and repositioning of the company in the early 2000s. In addition to her career on the client marketing side, Bhagat spent several years in the advertising world in senior, global positions at agencies such J. Walter Thompson and a start up marketing boutique Schell Mullaney. Bhagat holds a bachelor's degree with a double major in Business Administration and Political Science from Gettysburg College. She is a frequent speaker and participates across various marketing councils. |

Deborah NelsonDeborah Nelson is responsible for Worldwide Marketing for HP’s services, software, servers, storage, and networking. She leads marketing across four global business units to deliver technology solutions that help medium-size and enterprise organizations achieve better business outcomes.Previously, she ran global marketing for HP’s personal computers, technical workstations, handheld products, mobile and wireless solutions, and personal storage appliances. Nelson has held a broad range of marketing positions over her 20-year career. Her experience spans management of software, services and hardware products, channels and partners, marketing communications, market research, and business development in HP’s Americas and European field and worldwide organizations. In June 2009, Nelson was honored with the HP Recognition Award by the Connect user group for her dedication to, support of and advocacy for the HP user community. She received the Frost & Sullivan Lifetime Achievement Award because of her pioneering efforts to drive marketing excellence at HP. Nelson graduated from Northwestern University and serves on the board of directors for Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. |

Gail K. Naughton, Ph.D.Gail K. Naughton, Ph.D. has been the Dean of the College of Business Administration at SDSU since August 2002. She spent over 15 years at Advanced Tissue Sciences as its founder and co-inventor of its technology and oversaw the development of 4 tissue engineered products through market launch. While serving as an officer and director of the Company, Dr. Naughton oversaw the design and development of the world’s first up-scaled manufacturing facility for tissue engineered products, established corporate development and marketing partnerships with companies including Smith & Nephew, Ltd., Medtronic and Inamed Corporation and was pivotal in raising over $350M from the public market and corporate partnerships. She holds over 95 patents and in 2000 received the 27th Annual National Inventor of the Year award by the Intellectual Property Owners Association in honor of her pioneering work in the field of tissue engineering. While at SDSU, Dr. Naughton has spearheaded a number of unique MBA programs in partnership with industry, has played an instrumental role in the industry, research, and global accreditation committees of AACSB, and is a member of the Board of Directors of AACSB International. In addition to her duties at San Diego State University, Dr. Naughton serves as a director for several not-for-profit foundations and also sits on the scientific and industry advisory boards of leading universities including the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is a member of the San Diego State University Corporate Governance Institute, and Rotary International. She also sits on two public boards, C.R. Bard, Inc. and Celera Inc. Dr. Naughton earned her Ph.D. in Basic Medical Sciences and her M.S. in histology from the New York University Medical Center. She earned an executive MBA in 2001 from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles. |
