Beth Weesner, Founder & CEOOver the past ten years, Ms. Weesner has established herself as a thought leader and visionary in the emerging field of marketing automation. She is the Founder and CEO of Marketing Transformation Services (MTS), a strategic consultancy dedicated to transforming Global 2000 marketing organizations. Her clients have utilized her organization as a trusted advisor to achieve differentiated business success. She has held leadership roles in the Direct Marketing Association (The DMA) and was the founder and chair of the Marketing Operations Management Symposium. Prior to founding MTS, she held senior positions at Aprimo and Unica, the two leaders in the marketing technology space. She was a significant force in the emergence of marketing resource management (MRM) as a defacto standard at marketing operations functions around the world. Beth sits on the board of directors for the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University (SDSU). Sophie O’Neal, ConsultantSophie O'Neal is a Senior Business Analyst who helps organizations maximize their strategic investment in marketing automation. Kaila Angello, ConsultantKaila has expertise in project managment, internal and external communication, process development and change-management as related to marketing automation. She has worked with clients on defining success criteria, marketing automation platform vendor evaluation and selection, implementation of MA platforms and Global Program Framework development,designed to leverage platforms via customer-centric, solution-focused, globally consistent communications. Throughout her professional career, in an array of organizational settings - from high-tech to real estate and finance to non-profit - Kaila has facilitated decision-making and implementation of business goals through highly focused and personal service. Kaila holds a B.A. in Technical Journalism - with emphases in Public Relations and Psychology, from Colorado State University.
